Hi there!
I'm Kim Urban, founder of Sprouting Futures Tutoring. I'm currently completing my degree in Elementary Education and have spent years working closely with K-5 students in classrooms, small group instruction, and one-on-one support. Helping kids learn and love learning is truly my passion.
I'm a big believer that every child grows at their own pace, and that growth happens best when they feel understood, supported and encouraged. That's why I use a warm, creative, student-centered approach designed to build confidence as much as academic skills.
In my sessions, students can expect a calm, upbeat, low pressure environment where questions are celebrated, mistakes are part of the process, and progress is something we cheer for together. When kids feel safe to explore and try again, their potential starts to blossom. That's exactly what Sprouting Futures is all about!
